Rohit Sati Classes management reserves the right to debar any student found guilty of any misconduct in the institute of Rohit Sati Classes.
Following will be treated as misconduct--
i. Riotous or disorderly behaviour during and outside study classes.
ii. Wilful damage to the study material provided by the institute of Rohit Sati Classes.
iii. Wilful damage to the property of the institute of Rohit Sati Classes.
iv. Absence of a student for more than 15 days in a stretch or habitual absence.
Not attending class regularly will amount to habitual absence.
v. Disturbing other student or students in any manner.
If the student does not follow the guidelines and rules set by the institute, even after second warning, Rohit Sati Classes will have the right to cancel the enrolment of such student and the management will have no burden to prove in disciplinary act of said student.
A student missing any class test/test series without prior intimation will be suspended from attending next lecture and next test.
If any parent, guardian or student has any queries regarding administrative and educational facilities, it must be discussed and settled to their satisfaction before the registration from is submitted. No such queries will be entertained after admission.
Rohit Sati Classes management reserves the right to make any alternation in its educational programme without any prior notice to the student, parents or guardians.
Rohit Sati Classes management reserves the right to use the photographs of any of its bonafide students enrolled in its program.
Any student loosing her/his identity card will have to pay Rs. 200/- for its reissue.
Rohit Sati Classes will maintain the attendance register (Batch Wise) of every student and it will be deemed to be sufficient proof that student’s attendance.
In case of any dispute, the decision of management will be final. All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Haldwani courts.

Fee Refund Rules:
1. Prescribed refund application form can be obtained from RSC office.
2. Refund application in the prescribed format will be accepted along with original fee receipt & identity card up to 45 days (as per above table) from the commencement of the course.
3. Refund will be made through account payee cheque only in the name of father/ mother. The refund cheque will be sent by courier/registered post or personally within 3 days from the receipt of the prescribed refund application form.
4. Refund request made verbally or through phone/email/fax shall not be entertained in any case.
5. No refund will be made after 45 days, what-so-ever reason may be.
6. Refund rules are universal even if student joins late or if student does not join or attend even a single class at all after depositing the fee.
7. Special Case for Refund After 45 Days:
i. Student is entitled for refund of 50% amount after 45 Days, only if he/she gets admission in Medical / B. Pharma / Vet. Sc. College through any competitive exams.
ii. For this following documents must be submitted along with prescribed refund application form—
a) Original fee receipt of RSC.
b) Permanent identity card of RSC.
c) Xerox copy of college call letter or counselling letter.
d) Fee receipt of college admission.
Last date for accepting fee refund request is 30th Sept.2010.
